Polaroids

Performance / Installation

2007

I was asked by Late at Tate Britain to create an interactive work in the Tate garden. It took place over an evening and coincided with the “How We Are” photography exhibition. Working with Polaroid cameras, I modified undeveloped film before putting it in the camera. I also put into the camera Polaroid photographs which had been previously taken at other times and places. I asked artists Corinna Till, Dai Jenkins, Michael Wedgwood and Bryan Parsons to use this idea to make their own Polariods. We each made 60 photographs.
